These terms apply when you order a greeting from RingRingSongSong. By placing an order, you agree to them.
What we do
RingRingSongSong creates personalized musical birthday greetings performed on piano and delivers them to the person of your choosing. Depending on what you order and where the recipient lives, we deliver by live phone call, pre-recorded call, text message, or WhatsApp. You may also add your own recorded greeting to accompany the performance.
Ordering and payment
Payment is due when you place your order. Prices are shown in your local currency where available. Payments are processed by Stripe.
The information you give us
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you give us — especially the recipient’s phone number and the delivery date and time. We cannot deliver a greeting to a wrong number, and we cannot recover a delivery sent to one.
When you give us someone else’s phone number, you confirm that you have their permission to send them a message on your behalf.
Content you upload
If you upload or record your own greeting, you keep ownership of it. You give us permission to deliver it to your recipient and to store it briefly for that purpose.
You agree not to submit anything unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, or that infringes someone else’s rights. We may refuse or cancel any order containing such material, and we will refund it.
Delivery
Pre-recorded greetings, text, and WhatsApp. We deliver on the date and time you choose. Delivery depends on mobile carriers and messaging services we do not control, so we cannot guarantee an exact minute of arrival.
Live calls. We will attempt to reach your recipient up to three times at the scheduled time. If we cannot reach them, we will deliver the greeting as a recording by text or WhatsApp instead, and refund the difference in price between a live call and a recorded greeting.
Refunds
- If we fail to deliver your greeting, you get a full refund.
- If a live call cannot be completed and we deliver a recording instead, you get a refund of the price difference.
- You may cancel for a full refund any time before we have recorded and sent your greeting.

Our performances
The musical performances we create remain our property. You may share the greeting you receive privately with friends and family, but not sell it or use it commercially.
Limits on our responsibility
We provide this service with care, but we offer it as-is. We are not responsible for problems caused by mobile carriers, messaging platforms, or incorrect information you provide. Our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [New York], United States.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
